Alexander Technique Introductory Short Course
This Short Introductory Course includes an individual follow-up lesson, to be taken within two weeks of the final Workshop. This format is designed to let you find out about the Alexander Technique, so that you can make an informed decision as to whether or not you would like to take a course of individual lessons.

When recovering from a serious operation, I went along to one of Hilary's workshops. That was some years ago and I still consider her one-on-one lessons a huge boost to my continued wellbeing. The Alexander Technique has proved to bring me huge benefits physically and mentally and I consider it a discipline that can provide a greater understanding of the workings of the body throughout life.
