Alexander Technique Workshop in Aid of UNICEF Pakistan Flood Children's Appeal
This Workshop may be taken on its own, or it may form the first session of a Four Week Introductory Alexander Technique Course. All Fees will be donated to UNICEF. Small Group, Maximum 6 participants - so it is essential to enrol in advance.

When recovering from a serious operation, I went along to one of Hilary's workshops. That was some years ago and I still consider her one-on-one lessons a huge boost to my continued wellbeing. The Alexander Technique has proved to bring me huge benefits physically and mentally and I consider it a discipline that can provide a greater understanding of the workings of the body throughout life.
