Come and join this small, friendly group for an enjoyable exploration of the Alexander Technique.

You can test the ground and find out how the Alexander Technique offers you a tool with which to help yourself throughout your life, in all your activities. Discover how you can help yourself reduce and manage conditions such as chronic back pain, stress and RSI, plus use the Technique to help prevent problems from developing, so that you can begin to get your life back. With the Alexander Technique you learn to let your body move more freely and easily, improve your performance and increase your sense of well being and inner peace - very appropriate as this happens to be London Peace Week.

There will be gentle experiential games, video and demonstrations, with ample time for discussion. Hilary is an experienced teacher, having taught for over 20 years and she will be assisted by Paul Dadswell, a senior student from LCATT, the local Alexander Technique Teacher Training School. This will allow you a good amount of individual hands-on work, particularly if you take up the chance to have a half price follow-up lesson.

Half Price 1:1 Follow-up Lesson - this is highly recommended, as it gives you the best understanding of the Alexander Technique and how you can learn to bring about changes in the way you use yourself during your daily life. In order to gain the most benefit from these individual lessons, they need to be taken either during the course or within two weeks of the last Workshop.

FREE Alexander Technique Booklet for each person who takes a follow-up lesson:
