Three Week Introductory Course - celebrate
F M Alexander's Birthday
There will be gentle experiential exercises, games and demonstrations, with ample time for discussion. As the group is small, you will be able to have some individual hands-on work with both Hilary and her assistant, a teacher trainee at LCATT.
Hilary King MSTAT has been teaching for over 21 years, was one of the teachers selected by STAT to teach on the ATEAM Research Trial into treatments for lower back pain, the results of which were published in the BMJ in August '08. Hilary is a professional affiliated member of both BackCare and BAPAM.
Reduced Rate 1:1 Follow-up Lesson - £25 - this is highly recommended, as it gives you a real sense of Alexander Lessons and how you can learn to bring about changes in the way you use yourself during your daily life. These lessons need to be taken either during the course within 2 weeks of the final Workshop.
As the group is small, max 6 participants, please book in advance to reserve a place.
Save £10 if you book before 5th January
If you cannot attend this course, individual 1:1 lessons are available on an ongoing basis.
'Thank you so much for introducing me to the wonderful world of A/T, it has been a true highlight of 2007... and I am excited about my future with it. I feel the Technique giving me a balance and tranquillity which feels vital and growing, and that feels great.' (December 2007)
