Alexander Technique Workshop

Find out about the Alexander Technique and help UNICEF support the vulnerable children of Haiti and Chile as you do so.

This Introductory Workshop is for a small group of beginners. When you learn the Alexander Technique you can begin to:

• Improve the quality of your life
• Heal and manage problems such as back pain, RSI, tension headaches, poor posture and stress
• Move more freely and easily and improve your co-ordination
• Let go of old habits and prevent problems from developing
• Increase your sense of wellbeing

Would you like to have some individual Alexander Technique lessons? Test the ground at this workshop. As the group is small, there will be time for you to experience some hands-on work with Hilary King, who has been teaching the Alexander Technique for over 22 years.

Reduced Rate Follow-up lesson £20

This lesson is optional but is highly recommended and offers you a chance to see what Alexander Technique lessons are really like. In order to get the best out of this lesson, it needs to be taken within 2 weeks of the workshop.
