My next Introductory Alexander Technique Course in London will take place in the New Year, with 4 Monday lunchtime sessions from 1.0 -2.30pm. Take a proper lunch break, or come to the sessions while the children are at school and discover about the Alexander Technique and how it can help us in so many different ways.

Participants may also have a reduced rate individual lesson for just £20 when you join the course.
