Alexander Technique Short Course

I will be running an Introductory Alexander Technique Course for beginners, on three Saturday mornings in the New Year.

Come and find out about the Alexander Technique and celebrate the birthday of Frederick Matthias Alexander 140 years ago.

This is a Small Group Course with limited places so you will need to book in advance. An Earlybird Fee is available if you book before January 5th.

Participants will also be able to have a reduced rate individual follow-up lesson at £25, so that you can gain a real sense of what lessons are like.

Date: January 17th - 31st.
