"I first came across energy tapping (EFT) through NLP work. I was highly sceptical, but I have now used tapping myself to elminate severe heel pain after walking and I have seen it used on others. It does work ! I can certainly vouch for it working with physical pain. I can't vouch for emotional problems of depression, weight loss etc but it is worth a try. This book is well written and clearly explains how to use the technique, though the comments on how it is supposed to work are vague and unconvincing. The book is good value and definitely worth buying if you are involved in therapy, or if you want to give it a shot for personal issues. Nothing ventured, nothing gained and the price is good. Give it a go !."

I do not understand how EFT works , but it does, and I am one of lifes skeptics about many alternative things , but this therapy is somthing else and this book gives a simple and clear introduction to using it."

It's an extraordinarily powerful technique, which can be used at so many different levels, from clearing superficial daily anxieties to phobias, addiction etc. The authors have done a good job of thoroughly explaining the technique and then outlining some of the different types of problems it might be used for and possible ways in to those problems.
Suspend your disbelief and have a go!"
