Reiki: Using Healing Energy for Peace, Joy and Vitality

"I have many reiki books and practice at Reiki III level. I find this book beautifully and simply presented as well as inspiring. The clear modern photographs are easily followed with regards to the reiki hand positions. Unlike many reiki books, this book appealed to me because it looks at practical uses for reiki and how to link this to work with the chakras, crystals and other therapies. I found the section that links common ailments and symptoms of ailments to disturbances in particular chakras very useful. It not only points out the possible cause of the problem but it suggests the ways to sort the problem out! I was particularly impressed with Mari's description of her attunements and the fact that she encorporates a section on counselling in her training of students. I think this is both responsible and very useful. I wish my Master had covered the same amount of ground!"
