"This book is totally unique as the title suggests as it gives a detailed and simplistic description of all the five elements and the twelve meridians. However, as TCM is just a wide subject this book gives you enough information for you to understand to relate to reflexology.
Also excellent diagrams of the muscles that are related to the meridian and how the meridians flow through the body.
All this makes it really good value for money."
