"I was looking forward to getting this book as I was desperate for some new imput and inspiration on how to live with my thyroid condition (I've been at both ends of the spectrum of thyroid problems). The book is just a rehash of the information available on Mary Shomon's website. I couldn't find anything new. My own experience has led me to believe that keeping things simple is the best way to treat an underactive thyroid. A healthy, balanced diet and regular exersize is the best way to ensure thyroxine uptake and therefore ensure a more balanced thyroid."
