"I found this book to be completely useless. It lists just about every food by a 100g weight measurement including things like jam and pickle where a more user-friendly measurement might be more appropriate (eg by the teaspoon or tablespoon). It lists, for example, fish fingers by the 100g and Tunnocks tea cakes by the 100g instead of by an individual portion. I have returned my copy. Why the writers could not have put a bit of effort in and worked out portion sizes or even simply copied the information from the listing on the product I don't know."
