"I have just received this recipe book and although I am sure the recipes are delicious I think it should be mentioned that not many of the recipes are illustrated, something I prefer as I like to know what its supposed to look like and secondly many (if not all the recipes) are american and therefore use some ingredients which you either don't know what they are (eg cilantro) or can't find here (eg graham crackers)- just worth mentioning I felt!"

"I have to agree with the other reviewers that his is an excellent cookbook. The "Bella Braised Chicken" is super, as are all the other recipes I have tried. This is one way to enjoy what you're eating without tasting like "diet" food. I highly recommend this book."
