"I bought this book during my pregnancy and have used it so many times I've lost count. As well as helpful hints on massage techniques, the book lists those essential oils that are, and are not, to be used during pregnancy, during labour, and on your baby.
It's a nice read as well as a useful reference for treating common pregnancy/labour complaints and how to massage baby (she loves it!). Also gives tips on buying/storing essential oils.

"This is a great book for anyone suffering in pregnancy! It deals with all sorts of topics, from swollen ankles and strech marks to tiredness, and the ingredients to make the massage oils are easily purchased. I found this book invaluable during my pregnancy and would recommend it. It also has a section at the back for massaging your new arrival."
