"This is a book for those who already have some knowledge and interest in foot reflexology and maybe massage. It charts specific points on the body which relate to various organs, which when activated help the body heal itself.
It is nicely linked to hand and foot reflexology, with diagrams of both and instructions on how to activate all points to alleviate problems. There are numerous photographs throughout of the points on the body being activated. Also numerous, are testimonies written to the author about how lives have been changed using this technique.
It would benefit most those readers who wish to take reflexology one step further or massage therapists wishing to add a healing element to their treatments. It can of course be of use to any 'lay' person wanting to heal themselves.
I found the book interesting and will use it as a resource for my clients. The testimonies became a little tiresome as there were too many to maintain interest and lost their sense of credibility after a while, many are somewhat over enthusiastic and this may lead readers to believe body reflexology is a complete cure-all.
It does however, deal well with specific ailments and body systems and clearly shows where the points are on the body with simple diagrams."
