"The book enables you to follow the same fitness program developed for and used by Canadian pilots up to the 1980's. At least one of the exercises is deemed to be out of step with current thinking but the concept of following a straightforward plan for a few minutes each day as a means of maintaining fitness holds true. No gym or specialist equipment needed, making it cheap without reducing its effectiveness. A search of the internet will reveal just how respected this program is, many people still incorporating it into their way of life. I still refer to the book to follow the program and know that I am a fitter over-50 because of it. "
