ABOUT THE BOOK
"The funniest thing about this book is that there is no real 'method'. You just kind of get told what you already know and get all the BS you've been convincing yourself of stripped away.
In short it will give you a new perspective on smoking. Or rather help you see what you already knew."

"I could not recommend this book more highly. I haven't smoked for 3 months since reading it and have absolutely no interest in ever doing it again.
Buy it and read it with an open mind! "

"Having bought the cheapest possible version of this Quit Smoking Book, I was very pleased with the condition it was in.
I had hoped it would be a decent copy, but I was still suprised at just how good.
Thank you Amazon for "training your sellers!"

"I read through this book twice. Even though he brings up some good points and has changed my attitude somewhat as to what smoking is all about it didn't stop me. I find that he contradicts himself. On one hand he says the will power method doesn't work and on the other he says just stop smoking using no substitutes. Surely this require will power. Unfortunately in the very first pages he states that he went to a hypnotherapist and immediately stopped smoking and then wondered why. Could the hypnotherapist have had something to do with it? If you want to understand the physcology behind smokin then it is interesting. Didn't work for me but I know people who swear by it so it's worth a try if you are determined. You need to start reading it determined to give up which means you are half way there already."

"Im 45 and have been a smoker for 30 years. I have tried just about everything from will power, patches, hypnotherapy to prescribed tablets, some of these methods have been hopeless while others have worked for a while. Allen Carrs book has given me a completely fresh take on why I smoke, what happens to my body and mind when I smoke and the cycle smoking creates. Its been 4 weeks since I finished the book and whenever I think about having a cigarette the desire to not have one is stronger. so if your serious about giving up but cant imagine a future without smoking give this book a go. what have you got to lose.
