I borrowed this book from my local library and dived straight in. After completing every single little exercise in the book I now have a lovely stack of paper, full of motivational uplifting things that i've been prompted to write. This book has also inpired an interest in NLP.
I haven't lost any weight, but i've learned a lot about myself.

"I bought this book a few weeks ago and read it slowly to take it all in and to make sure that I do all the exercises. My whole idea about food has changed and I now listen to what my body is saying, rather than eating because it was in front of me.
A few days ago I discovered that she has a website that has MP3 hypnotherapy that I listen to as soon as I wake up, and to relax me at night. Both the book and the mp3 don't JUST address the weight loss, its about looking at your life positvly, and valuing your life. I feel so much more in control of my life, and its only been a few weeks!
If you want to feel better and naturally lose weight without starving or eating baby food, or another faddish diet, this is the book for you."

"Finally a refreshing change from the usual - eat this, don't eat that formula of traditional diet books. Instead of merely offering an unsustainable short term 'solution' through restricted nutritional intake, this amazing little book guides you clearly through the stages of identifying and dealing with the issues surrounding a weight problem - with exercises at the end of each chapter to re-enforce the tools and techniques that are used. This is not a quick fix, it will take time and not all the principles and techniques will be easy to take on. However for those willing to make the effort it truly is an amazing tool for taking back the control that your desire to overeat has taken from you! I purchased this book 7 weeks ago. At the time of writing this,I am 14lbs lighter than when I started, have not once felt like I was being deprived of anything that I wanted and have gone the longest time in the last 8 years without bingeing.

"What a great book...which I have just finished for the second time of reading.
An intelligent person should know that any diets are a temporary solution and not a permanent one which is only achievable through understanding the WHY's of over-eating which lead to obesity which leads to dieting.
This much awaited book tackels those issues, many of which stem from childhood problems through to adult worries and stress.
If you are serious about achieving the weight loss you have always wanted and are ready and willing to change your outlook on key issues to do with your personality and make up, then this book is for you.
This book demands changes and an understanding not all of us will be able to achieve. But those that take on the ultimate challenge will never have to diet again.

The methods and techniques used by Ms Robbins in her book would ultimately cure a whole host of concerns from 'wanting to quit smoking' to 'underperformace in the professional sportsperson'
