Reiki (Beginner's Guides)

"Having read many reiki books over the past ten years, I find this little book the best as a brief introduction to this unique healing art. It contains all the information someone new coming to reiki would need, and gives advice on finding the right teacher. It doesn't delve too deep into the mysteries of this art, but is light and informative. It also gives you a few meditation and breathing exercises to do, which are very helpful. The only thing it lacks is some additional information about the spiritual concepts- Reiki principles. They are listed, but not explained. Apart from this I feel this book is just right for people who are considering taking a Reiki workshop. Once they have Reiki, there are other books more suitable for expanding ones reiki knowledge.
