Aromatherapy in Essence (In Essence)

"I've got other books by this author, and the writing style is very accessible, especially for those who are just starting to explore aromatherapy and are debating whether or not they want to take their studies further. I really like the format and the FAQs at the end of each chapter are exactly what people need to hear but are often too embarrassed to ask. A nice simple routine was a bonus, but my favourite parts were the details on analysing skin types, creating facial masques from food and using them effectively, details like these (and there's quite a bit more) make this a very useful and interesting addition to any library of aromatherapy books. Don't hesitate to buy it."
