USER REVIEWS
"Oooo, gosh, a fantastic read. Utterly, utterly fantastic.

Yes - inevitably, it's going to crop up on a fair few reading lists; at the same time, the writing style leaves something to be desired and it is just a wee bit clunky.

HOWEVER!!!

Look beyond that, and this is - to my mind - SUCH a powerful book. It reallyreally isn't about the writing style, the technicalities, blah blah blah. It is - to my mind - an outstandingly powerful book about people and humankind. About letting people grow for themselves, and find themselves with space, and burgeon into being full human beings.

The ideas, humanity and - well - truth behind it are something else. I'd recommend it with all my heart to any parents, or any human being with an interest. It can be read in an afternoon, and there's usually a copy going somewhere on Amazon for under a couple of quid.

If that's too much of an investment for you in terms of either time or money, then steer well clear! But if you're up for taking a chance and seeing what happens, then go for it.

Incredibly powerful on a human level. Gwan! Try it!"

"Dibs in Search of Self was on my course reading list. However I consider it a novel rather than a text book.It is touchingly written and in fact rather poetic. Most enjoyable."
