A Colour Atlas of Foot and Ankle Disorders

"This book is an excellent source of information and is very interesting to browse. The graphic coloured pictures are excellent as they allow you to have a good indication as to what certain conditions would actually look like in real life. As a student, I am still learning and this book will prove extremely useful in referencing and to aid my learning for foot conditions I have not yet encountered. I think this book would also be helpful for fully qualified practicioners as a revision for some of the rarer conditions or just as an extra reference guide within practise. If you find pictures easier to understand then this book is ideal. I have found people who are not in the profession to be interested in flicking through my copy as it is easy to understand and the detailed pictures are more than explaination for the untrained. It is a definate book shelf must and I will definately be recommending it to my fellow students.

"This book provides the opportunity to see a wide variety of podiatric disorders, with a huge number of good quality colour photographs. As well as illustrating the routine conditions, it also shows some of the, hopefully, more extreme and rare examples that a podiatrist may encounter. The accompanying notes are concise and informative, providing a clear explanation of the presenting disorder and treatment. I think this book will be one that I will refer to though out my career, but not one to leave lying around on the coffee table, as some of the picture are pretty gruesome. "
