"My lab and I are only just venturing into human pluripotent stem cells and are happy we came across this recently published protocol book before we did. What drove me to get this book above the others was its contributor listing (they have a lot of top notch scientists contributing protocols) and its simple straight forward format. Every protocol we have tried so far has worked so we are happy with it. Especially useful for us were the lists of what is required to set up a lab for this kind of research and where to source cells to begin with. It also is a lot more practical based than the Lanza book and more comprehensive and up-to-date than the Turksen book."
