Anger Management for Dummies (For Dummies)

"Anger has been a problem in my life for many years, dating back to my school days in the East-end. I vividly recall being first escorted to the headmaster's study by a sobbing teacher, after a particularly profane outburst in class. Equally vivid is the memory of being escorted to the police station by a sobbing headmaster, which I believe happened shortly afterward. Perhaps the most vivid of all is the memory of being escorted before the Judge by a sobbing policeman. I recall this with crystal clarity- probably because it spoiled my tenth Birthday (which continues to be a source of inner-torment, according to Dr. Stevens). Fortunately I found help and I was able to break free from the cycle before I reached the point of being escorted to the gallows by a sobbing executioner.

Anyway, this book is full of valuable techniques. The key is to deal with your anger, rather than repress it. When you leave emotions to build up, it's only a matter of time before an eruption will occur. I have learned a massive amount from the exercises here and my problems are now under control. I have even been told that I no longer represent a significant danger to the public. This is a far better book than 'Coping with Anger' by bloody David Thisbade- which is a damned rip-off! I spent £15 on that and it got me NOWHERE! He didn't DESERVE my money! IF I EVER GET MY HANDS ON THAT !#?£$ THEN I'LL PULL OFF HIS #%^$£%s AND STICK THEM UP HIS *£$@#! "
