Controlling internal dialog is a very nice thing to master, and this book really helps a lot in undestanding our conversations with ourself, or divinity, or anyone else. The world is about relationships!
The concepts seems simple to understand but the application of it is all another matter.
I think Zero Limits can be helpful only as a point of view of a much more developed science like Psycanics from Thomas Michael Powell, which offer a whole body of knowledge and understanding.
An other similar process is offered by Busting Loose as well.

"By doing the exercises it really helps take out any negative moments. While on holiday on the beach running, lost my wallet and thought that's it. However did the exercise in the book along with stuff I had read in "the secret", walked back to the beach with hundred on people on it and bumped into a couple who had my wallet. Our eyes met and we knew we had a connection. This was weird but i said a big thankyou. Needs to be viewed in connection with quantum physics and frequencies. Amazing once you get your head around it.A great read just be open to it."

"I have always had trouble with the "law of attraction" as it is presented in the popular book, The Secret, because I found that I don't always attract the specific thing I am focusing on. Often, I attract something that is even better that what I thought I wanted - something that is more fulfilling, and something that is always in the best interests of everybody. Up to now, the only book that ever explained to me why the universe seems to have a mind of its own, is "Row, Row, Row Your Boat: A Guide for Living Life in the Divine Flow" by Steven Lane Taylor. But now there's Zero Limits by Joe Vitale. I love this book because, like Mr. Taylor's, it clearly explains the difference between intention and inspiration . . . and it shows how love is the "real secret" for manifesting a wonderful life. I recommend both of these books. "
