for someone like myself who has no previous knowledge of body language like many today, this book is ideal. Aided with fantastic photos and very readable content i found the book an enjoy to read!

"I own most of the body language books you can buy, and this one by far is the worst i've read.

I didn't like the style of writing, aside from that there are other books which cover body language alot better.

I'd recommend Collins Need To Know Body Language, or for something abit more 'advanced' the Teach Yourself Body Language, my favourite but it has no pictures. "
