"Tracey Cox's self-help book has some really good tips on how to improve a stagnant relationship, and how jealousy can be a killer to many relationships. This book can be relevant at various life stages- flirting, relationships, break ups. It would be a good gift to give to someone starting out, but it is a good book to dip in and out of! That said, Cox needs to stop giving us the hard sell on her book Hot Sex. Yes, it is a really quality read, but she keeps on bloody plugging it in this one!"

Its written with sensitivity and humour, with examples from her own and other's lives. Most valuable, it gives mini-step-by-step plans for when you are in on of those 'BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! ' situations. A must."
