"Ok, so I lost 3lbs in the first week but then it dwindled to 1lb a week. At least it is going down! The F2 has a good, straightforward approach to dieting. The comments are believable and commonsense. It is easy to understand and the 'daily menu' section is very helpful. However, you still need willpower and this is the basis of all diets...this is what makes it hard. The F2 will not 'speed up weight loss' but it will be steady away. Good luck but the book is definitely worth a try. After all, even at 1lb per week, in 12 weeks you have lost 12lbs. Now that's not bad!"

"This book deserves its 5 stars simply because it present yet more easy, quick ways to eat extremely healthily. There is nothing 'faddish' about the recipes; all the food is delicious and just the sort of thing I love! When I went on the F2 diet in January this year, by February I had lost 10lbs without even trying - I certainly didn't go hungry; I just ate lots of fruit, veg, beans, lentils, etc; etc; Delicious! However, it's easy to stray (I did!) and this book is a great encouragement back into a healthy and sustainable way of eating. I hope it sells well. ( I also recommend all of Rose Eliott's cookbooks - they seem to operate along very similar principles, and even if you're not a complete vegetarian, her recipes are delicious enough to enjoy on 'meat-free' days)."

"If you enjoyed the F2 Diet book, you'll love the recipes in this one. I was disappointed, however, that none of these recipes are given calorie or fat point totals. I know this is more a healthy eating plan than regimented diet, but I'd found that sort of information very helpful in the first book when choosing meals for the week. Otherwise... well worth adding to your recipe book collection!"
