"I've got several books on juicing, but my favourite has to be this (and the rest in the series). Produced in a dinky hardback format, with a very affordable price, it's a great collection of juices designed to "protect and heal" the immune system.

Unlike other books, it doesn't spend ages explaining how to juice, but instead covers the basics in the introduction then gets straight to the act of actually describing the juice recipes. None of the recipes are lengthy or time-consuming either, just simple, straightforward and to the point. I've tried most of the recipes since purchasing the book, and they're thirst-quenching and tasty. To be honest, they're lovely in themselves, regardless of whether or not you actually want to boost your immune system.

Colourful photos are used throughout to illustrate every recipe and somehow make even the most unusual juice combinations seem appealing! All the recipes have got their own distinctive names, too. Overall, it's a been a good buy and has certainly been put to use since I've had it."
