You start by setting your six month goals, which really makes you think about what you want to achieve. And recording your daily exercise combined with food, sleep and the mind/body section really makes you think about your overall condition and improvements you need to make. Keeping a written training record, and writing down weekly targets and goals has been totally inspirational and has really shaken up my fitness regime. Loved it."
