"What more could you ask for? This is almost a complete reference for core stability, and it does not get too technical. The diagrams and photos are all excellent in colour and it well worth the money. Only one minor criticism; I would have liked an explanation in the excercises as to what muscle(s) you are working on. Overal an execellnt buy!!"
