ABOUT THE BOOK

USER REVIEWS
"1. Any violence ditch him - from that moment on you will be paranoid about him.
2. Any lying ditch him - you will never trust him again.
3. If he obviously uses suggestion - ditch him, if he can't say it to your face he is mentally a child (c.70% i'd say).
4. If he tells you what to think or tries to give you your opinion - ditch him - he is insecure and can't accept differences.
5. If it feels wrong dont do it - it is better to regret something you have not done rather than something that you can't change that leaves you stuck with the memories and a bad situation.
6. Don't settle for less than you are worth -

MEN ARE WHO AND WHAT THEY HAVE DONE, NOT WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE OR CLAIM TO BE."

"If you're wondering why you're going round in circles, repeating the same mistakes in close relationships with men and women, family and friends, then this book will help you find the reasons. It explains, with real-life examples, some of the ways in which we all end up hanging onto old ways of dealing with and responding to loved ones, even though we know these old ways do not work, or make us happy.

I borrowed this from my local library, on the advice of my Relate counsellor, and enjoyed it so much that I'm buying it for reference."

"Every maried MAN should read this. The first 60 pages describe a standard marraige complaint from her "He doesn't REALLY listen to me". The solution is excellent - change your own behaviour as you can't change your partner's. So turn this round to HIS standard complaint "She isn't interested in sex anymore" and draw your own conclusions! Good stuff!"

"This book is really great.. it provides a whole new way of looking at your problems. We all have problems getting on with someone or other and this book helps you use that problem to teach you how to start behaving in a new way which will redefine the relationship. It is also helpful to make you realise how you might be contributing to other people's problems with getting along with you. The core of it is to respect your needs. It's not about compromising in order to smooth a relationship. Easy to read and although aimed at women it is useful for everyone. Even if you're not that angry it goes beyond using anger and can be genrealised into using many types of emotional reactions in clarifying your real feelings. A good investment."
