"I thought the book went deeper into a particular subject and if you are not new to this area this book may be superficial and uninteresting for you. It is good for beginners. It is basically divided into 5 main sections encompassing: the earth element, the water element, the wood element, the fire element and the metal element. You must identify what element you are by completing a questionnaire. Once you've done that you may skip reading 70% of the book because if you recognise yourself to be a wood element, you may not be interested in reading about the other elements. The introduction and the final section of the book are about chinese medicine. I prefer something more in depth. It is, however, good value for money."
