"Bought this prior to starting a course in Reflexology, have read through quite a bit, and in humble opinion the book is great. Nice balance of history, approach, technical and application, for someone like me its prised open my skeptical mind a little more prior to actually starting the course. Recommend this to anyone looking to or wanting to consider reflexology whether on its own or part of the bigger holistic approach to healing.
