"i approached this book with enthusiam in fact excitement as i am a keen therapist myself and thought this book could take me further in my knowledge.during my flick over i scoured the pictures with great interest and found a few of them to be incorrect which is in fact very disappointing.therefore this means the treatment would be taught incorrectly.the information on diet i find interesting also because this information is available in any basic yoga book.so therefore what would convince me to recomend this book was it the vast amount of whaffle on lifestyle and how one should live etc etc surely this should come under the title self help and life coaching.that makes me feel that this was only put in to bulk up the pages and seem like a sales pitch.on a positive the business management towards the back is informative in fact good and this would be the only reason to purchase and well surely you can get that info in a business studies book.therefore to conclude i am glad to have only borrowed the book and not purchased.thank you for reading this review."
