A thorough A to Z of essential oils then provides in depth information on a large selection of some common, and some not so common essential oils, where they originate from, chemical composition and usage. (A particulaly nice feature of this book is the addition of notes on how the plant/herb can also be utilised in cooking.) Finaly there is an A to Z of ailments with recomended treatments - again reference is also given to other ways to benefit from the raw herbs themselves.
