"As a recently qualified supervisor, I have read dozens of books about the subject in the last two years, and this is the first one I've found that clearly lays out the clinical, legal and ethical issues for supervisors. It is well structured and concise, and always cuts to the chase, yet it is also wide ranging and insightful. Everything a supervisor needs to know (but for some reason is often afraid to ask) I recommend it for trainee and practising supervisors and therapists.
