ABOUT THE BOOK
"I bought this book as I was interested in learning more about essential oils. It's a fantastic introduction and has sparked my enthusiasm.
It begins with short sections on ths history of humans and scent, how essential oils are made, and some other very helpful and interesting background information. Then there is a section that deals with massage techniques for the head, neck, back, shoulders, hands and feet (very helpful and easy to follow). Following this is a short section summarising oils by their main properties, making it easy to search for something to help a particular problem.
The main part of the book summarises over 50 essential oils, one by one, detailing their background, and how to use them and why they work.
Clear pictiures and just the right amount of informatin mean that this book is a very helpful introductory guide and is certainly not too overwhelming to tackle reading. Thouroughly recommended!"

"I was very impressed with this book. First impressions were that it would be ideal for a training aromatherapist or someone that used aromatherapy as a hobbie but after reading through it i think it's a book that even trained aromatherapists should have. It's quick an easy to use so good for a quick reference guide. It has 2 pages dedicated to each oil and goes into depth outlining the important cautions. I found it very useful with colour pictures of where the essential oil had actually came from. Overall a useful tool to have in your collection."
