Color Atlas of Anatomy: A Photographic Study of the Human Body

"Having looked at about six different atlases and a dozen or so anatomy textbooks, I found that Rohen et al have produced an atlas that is to the point and yet has detail and quality of photographs that are exceptional. Many photographs are accompanied by schematic drawings which illustrate the relation of structures with blood supplies or nerve innervation. The atlas can be used for quick reference as well as in depth study or revision. However, the atlas, just like any other, has to be used in conjunction with a text book of anatomy for finer points e.g. embryological development of certain organs. But as an atlas, I think it is superb and a must investment for a medical (myself) or anatomy student. Fully recommended!!"
