"I would certainly recommend this book to anyone who has had even the remotest "low" day. Geneen clearly puts forward the issues of dieting and restricting yourself of what you realy want, in an easy to read, compact from.

Very light reading, this book covers many emotional issues and could be releveant to any aspect of your life, whether you struggle with food issues or issues of the heart.

I found it very useful in showing me i am not alone, and there is hope out there! and i have no doubt it will be just as inspirational for you."
