"It is amazing how much of our health and well-being is tied into our body-clocks. As a health researcher, I find the information in this book to be a really useful overview on everything from insomnia to fertility, and how they are are related to our internal bodyclocks. It seems to be well-researched and is written in an easy to read language. However, I use it as a resource, and wouldn't really want to read it from cover-to-cover for pleasure. Well that's not my idea of fun anyway, though I suppose it could be yours if you are fascinated by this area of science."
