Aromatherapy for Women and Children: Pregnancy and Childbirth

"If you have a basic knowledge (i.e read other books) of aromatherapy than this is NOT the book for you. I bought it expecting lots of tips on using oils to ease some of the more uncomfortable aspects of pregnancy but I was disappointed that this book is more of a "Basic Guide" to aromatherapy and didn't really go into much depth in the pregnancy and childbirth bit. Still, it was helpful in stating which oils should not be used in pregnancy.

Okay for people completely new to aromatherapy, but disappointing for the slightly more experienced."
