ABOUT THE BOOK
"A great addition to books on anatomy, has some added info others are missing.Clear, pretty basic but detailed enough to get stuck into."

"I found this to be an excellent revision aid when first learning anatomy. The illustrations are fair and the explanations of the muscle actions was useful to me. For anyone needing an in-depth knowledge of muscles this book is probably too basic."

"This book is a fantastic basic muscle directory - it explains it as it is - the important muscles are named and located and it is a great first stage for muscle anatomy for massage or similar. The explanations of the origins ,insertions and actions of the muscles are succinct and clear.
My only critcism is that perhaps it is a little shallow - but it covers the necessary basics and prepares the reader to move onto the next stage."

"I bought this book to give me an introduction to muscles for a course I was about to take and I found it clear, consise and to the point"

"I was told to buy this book for the ITEC Anatomy, Physiology and Massage course, but was really disappointed with it. It only shows a fraction of the muscles you'll need to learn and contains hardly anything information about the individual muscles. Though a bit more expensive, you're better off buying "Atlas of Skeletal Muscles" by Robert Stone and Judith Stone."
