ABOUT THE BOOK
For those interested in an earnest application of the Enneagram to their personal or professional lives.
"Having seen web articles detailing Dr Rozencwaig's work, I bought this book to learn more about the melatonin:serotonin ratio over time.
The book begins with a description of how aspects of this side of the endocrine system work, and is then followed by chapters detailing uses of melatonin, all backed up by included journal abstracts. For example, cancer, diabetes and general 'old age'. Melatonin (human) dosage is also described. The list of references is extensive.
Dr Rozencwaig's description of relative amounts of serotonin increasing over time, but melatonin decreasing, has given me a new take on the problem of Equine Cushing's Syndrome.
I would recommend this book to anyone wishing to look at any 'old age' disease, but you do need to have a scientific background to get the most from it. It's also a great 'jump-off' point for further research."
