"This book should be read cover to cover, even though the first few chapters seem a little waffly to me, they contain some amazing claims. It starts to get going from chapter six when I began to feel that real workable information was being imparted. I was VERY sceptical about those claims when I first read the book , but I have owned it for a few weeks now and can say that the results I have acheived so far from following it are truly amazing. In our modern living we have forgotten the fundamental life enhancing basics and this book will remind you of these. No one should be without a copy as it is a life changing read for just a few pounds."
