"As a Yoga Teacher I have found this a useful resource to use at classes. There are different scripts for relaxation/visualisation ranging from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. Each script states at the beginning how long it should take and gives a brief description as to what to expect from the practice. My students are really enjoying the visualisations. I would strongly recommend this book as a resource for any other teachers in a similar field. The scripts would also be nice if they were recorded onto a tape, so that people could use them for their home practice."
