Anatomy of Movement

"I've not read an ananotmy book that brings the subject to life as much as this one does. Explains thing clearly and concisely, and really helps with building up an image of how everything fits and works together. One of the previous comments was that this was not a novel - well in my humble opinion it's the closest you'll find from an anatomy book!"

"clear diagrams not a lot of extraneous text explaining exactly how body moves and what muscle moves what. compare the movements possible to some dance syllabi and you will clearly see what you are being asked to move in the exercises. not exactly a fun read but as a reference manual of hopw the body works extremely useful. "

Useful reading as a orientating guide for manual practitioners. Makes up for what it lacks in referenced research by illustrating with clear diagrams and brief summaries. Great last minute book to read before practical (for e.g. osteopathy) exams."
