Liquid Sunshine: Vegetable Oils for Aromatherapy

"An informative book for the lay person but unfortunatley it lacks some professionalism.
The quality of some diagrams are poor and the lack of referencing in this book seriously lets it down.
It describes some oils that are incredibly difficult to source and one is left wondering why oils that are near impossible to purchase are included. Its a bit like saying "crystals from Jupiter are great for healing"!
As general reads go its OK. It offers ideas that are interesting however, they are the authors ideas, the lack of supporting eveidence leaves you saying "show me the proof"
Would I recommmend it as a buy or borrow? This is, for professionals, a book to borrow NOT buy."
