"This book is one of the most informative books I have read on garlic. Its attraction lies in the simplified explanations and the record of testimonials. The book points out that "ALLICIN" and NOT "ALLICIN POTENTIAL" is THE compound that we need to get all the benefits from a health supplement - something that most people do not realise. I would have have preferred more scientific explanation in the book but the lack of this doeas not detract from the "ALLICIN" message that the author is expounding.
