"Johnnys book is a super step by step of learning a very good and effective ground game. My bro has been practicing for MMA going on 3 years now, he's well into the ground game. I've shown him this book and it's blown his mind. The moves in this book are superb and will take even the best by suprise when you lock one in and tap them out. I recommend this book to all levels, the stretching is very important! follow this book and you will become a master of the half gaurd and the rubber gaurd! Well worth the cost!"

"if you enjoyed eddies first book ( jiu jitsu unleashed ) as i did, then this book will change your bottom jiu jitsu game completely. not like most jiu jitsu books with just technique after technique with a 5-6 photos on each technique, eddie has layed out his whole guard game plan so there is an answer to most problems you will encounter. playing the rubber guard isnt for everyone but eddie even has his streching routine in the book to help you achieve his unauthodoxed moves, even if you dont think your flexible enough his half guard game is probably the best part of the book. i recommend this book if your into your jiu jitsu, ive been recommending it to the guys at training when they ask where did i learn what i tapped them with."
