"I must confess that I was never a fan of Louise Hay before this but I've since converted! This small book is packed with so much clear and concise information regarding affirmations and is beautifully illustrated throughout. Specific topics such as health, self esteem, forgiveness, job success, relationships are also discussed at some length. It also comes with a CD which is the audio version of this book. So you can choose whether to read the book or listen to the cd. You will not regret buying this set!!!"
